Sanctum was born from a deep knowing: the healing path is sacred ~ a journey of soul remembrance and returning to your true essence.
I know the pain of feeling broken, and the liberation of coming home to my soul. There was a time when I carried childhood wounds, repeated destructive patterns, repressed emotions, and lived paralysed by fear, unworthiness, overwhelm, and deep disconnection.
After navigating divorce, single parenthood, spiritual awakening, and finding my true purpose ~ my deepest wounds became my medicine. A sacred knowing whispered from within: it’s all within you.
This began my path of transmuting pain into purpose, dissolving old identities, and aligning with my soul’s true essence. Through my own journey of spiritual, emotional and energetic healing, space opened for embodied wisdom, soul alignment, remembrance and the expression of my unique essence.
Now I walk beside others, holding space in deep reverence as they return to their heart, their soul, their truth.

My work weaves spiritual healing, intuitive energy healing, and multidimensional healing practices, drawing from shamanic wisdom, quantum healing principles, Reiki, and kinesiology to support deep emotional release, energetic balance, and soul remembrance.
